I had an excellent experience for the first year. Then the last few months were a nightmare with customer service. Nobody is ever on site for assistance, and when you call with questions or for help, the owner is about the rudest person i've ever come across! Absolutely ridiculous ! If you are looking for a place with customer service you wont find that here.
