I had an excellent experience for the first year. Then the last few months were a nightmare with customer service. Nobody is ever on site for assistance, and when you call with questions or for help, the owner is about the rudest person i've ever come across! Absolutely ridiculous ! If you are looking for a place with customer service you wont find that here.

I had an emergency come up and had to get a storage unit right away. I didn't have much money and was upset because my brother had passed and I needed to get on a plane to North Carolina within a couple of days. they took care of everything for me over the phone and told me to pay online because they were not able to be at the facility when I was able to. even when I was short 58 cents to rent the unit and it was like midnight or one am I messaged him and he adjusted my bill right away. Well I happened to be at the facility this morning around 5am and I come walking around the corner after using the restroom and the owner was standing there. At first he was very protective of the facility trying to figure out who I was and where I came from but once I told him I was the lady whos brother had passed away a few weeks ago he walked toward me to introduce himself. Service like that, that early and in the middle of the night is number 1 in my book. it is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. there are other reasons as well but those were the reasons that made a difference for me
